  • To secure your event date and rental items, Chatman Social Co. requires full payment at the time of booking.

    The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event.

    Rental items and dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and your reservation has been confirmed.

    Customers are responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged rental equipment, as outlined in the rental agreement.
